Youths in ABA stage demanding an of Ebubeagu in igboland

Youths in ABA in Abia state this morning to the street demanding an end of Ebubeagu militia in the state caring placards with inscription

"End Ebubeagu in igboland, the residents called on the state government to scrap the security outfit created by the south east governor's on April 2021to especially secure the lives and properties in the region.

The protesters alleged that members of the security outfit have repeatedly engaged in extrajudicial killings and that is time for them to disbanded.

Recall that in July, youths in two local government in Imo state took the street to also call for the scrapping of security outfit after some of its personnel were accused of killing 8wedding guests.
