Burna Boy Security Shot At My Partner Because I Rejected His Request To Talk To Him - Victim

The lady whose partner was allegedly shot by the security agents attached to the popular Nigerian musician, Burna Boy, has shared her side of the story. In a series of posts on her Instagram account, the lady narrated that she came to Nigeria on June 8th to attend a friend's wedding in Lagos.

Around 3 am that day, she decided to visit the Cubana hotel to have some fun with her friends. She was at the hotel when Burna Boy arrived at the hotel, and a few minutes later, he sent one of his boys to call her. She, however, told him that she is not interested because she was together with her partner but the man insisted that she must follow him to meet Burna Boy.

Some of her friends tried to talk to the man politely but the situation degenerated into a hot argument. It didn't take long before the security officials of the Cubana hotel intervened to calm the situation. However, immediately after they left, Burna Boy's security arrived at the scene and they started shooting sporadically.

The lady revealed that she was screaming for help when one of the Burna Boy's friends threw her on the floor. She alleged that her partner was shot in the head while another man was shot in the thigh during in the process.

She lamented that Obi Cubana did not reach out to them until four days after the incident claiming that he was not aware. She then shared some of the videos they recorded before the tragic incident.
