Plane Couldn't Land At Benin Airport Due To Power Outage, Passengers Flown Back (Video)

According to an airline passenger, the plane he boarded from Abuja to Benin City was unable to land owing to a power outage at the airport.
At the point where the plane was supposed to land, the runway lights were turned off.

My acquaintance was on that plane and recalled the harrowing incident when the pilot attempted to land the jet without the runway lights turned on.
