The January transfer window will soon be closed, and with just 10 days remaining before it's closed, many teams are currently very busy trying to bolster their squad for the remainder of the season, and many Premier League clubs are among the clubs who have been very busy in recent days trying to complete some transfer deals before the deadline day.

The likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, and Newcastle United have been linked with many transfer moves this month, with Chelsea desperately looking to sign a left wing-back to replace the injured Ben Chilwell who is set to miss out for the rest of the season. Newcastle is also looking to strengthen their squad to enable them to fight their way out of the relegation zone and remain in the Premier League at the of the season.

Arsenal and Tottenham also trying to strengthen their squad to be able to fight for the top 4, and we have brought you the latest done deal and transfer updates from these four Premier League teams today.

1. Arsenal contacts Matt Turner for a possible move to the Emirates Stadium.
According to recent news, Arsenal has contacted New England Revolution for the potential signing of Matt Turner in January, and the negotiations are ongoing and may be concluded soon, as personal terms have already been discussed with the player.

The same report has also stated that Leno could move away from the Emirates soon.

2. Hugo Lloris signs a new contract with Tottenham until 2024.
Tottenham and France national team captain, Hugo Lloris has today renewed his contract with the London club until 2024. His initial contact was due to expire in the summer and has signed a new contract with Tottenham today, Lloris has extended his stay at the club for 2 more years.

3. Newcastle United still pushing to sign Diego Carlos.
Newcastle United are reportedly trying to sign Diego Carlos from Sevilla in January, but the Spanish club is also fighting to keep their star man beyond this month, Newcastle are not giving up on the deal as they are reportedly looking to push again in the next hours as the player has already agreed on personal terms with the club.
