Christian Eriksen is apparently in negotiations with Brentford about returning to football, with the Premier League club offering a six-month deal, according to Newspremises. Eriksen suffered a heart collapse on the pitch during his country's Euro 2020 match against Finland in Copenhagen last June.
Eriksen, 29, left Inter Milan by mutual consent earlier this season after Serie A rules prohibited him from playing with an implanted cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), which he received after collapsing during Denmark's match against Finland in Copenhagen.
In recent weeks, the former Tottenham player has been linked with a return to the Premier League, and the Bees hope to welcome him to the Brentford Community Stadium.
Brentford is said to have offered Eriksen a six-month contract.
