Marcus Rashford is one of Manchester United and England's brightest young star. His rise to fame has been nothing short of meteoric. However, there is much more to Marcus Rashford than his football exploits. So I'm going to be sharing with you shortly, 5 things you probably didn't know about Marcus Rashford.
1. Marcus Rashford's favourite player.
Marcus Rashford supports Manchester United since when he was growing up, so you'll probably expect him to choose a Manchester United player as his favourite football player. But that's not the case as his favourite football player is someone else who destroyed Manchester United; Ronaldo el Fenomeno.
Ronaldo's individual brilliance knocked Manchester United out of the champions League that night. And ever since then, Marcus has model his game after the Brazilian number 9.
Ronaldo even gave Rashford a special pair of boots for the 2016 FA Cup final.
2. Marcus Rashford could have been a Man City player.
By the time Marcus Rashford was 7, the Premier League where drooling after his talent. Everton, Liverpool, and Manchester City were all interested in signing him as a youngster. He even alternates training between United and City before finally making a decision.
Marcus Rashford enjoyed his time with City, but something about United clicked with him.

Marcus Rashford could have become a cricket player. His exceptional athletic ability made him a highly potential cricket player. He has excellent eye hand coordination. But luckily for all of us, he choses football instead, but he still watches cricket on TV.

5. Charity efforts
Marcus Rashford might be a fantastic goal scorer, but he is also a doctor, an author and a member of the most excellent order of the British empire. For his wide spread effort to help combat child hunger in England.
The University of Manchester awarded him a honorary doctorate degree. While the Queen included him in her 2020 Birthday honours list.
When he's not busy feeding the children, he spent his time writing books for them and running the Marcus Rashford book club.
