Landmine Kills 5 Nigerian Soldiers, Injures 15 Others In Borno State

Five soldiers, including an official from the 117 Battalion, 28 Task Force Brigade, have been killed while 15 others were harmed when they ran into landmines planted by Boko Haram agitators during an activity in a distant town in the southern piece of Borno State on Thursday, sources said. 

It was found out that the occurrence occurred at 10.20am close to Kwada Kwamtah Yahi town in Chibok Local Government Area of Borno when their vehicle ran over a huge bomb that detonated, murdering one armed force official and four others.
